Alissha Mitchell brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial, healthcare, mixed-use, and residential real estate operations, with a leadership style centered on operational excellence, tenant experience, and strategic collaboration. Throughout her career, she has overseen complex property portfolios, capital initiatives, construction coordination, and cross-functional operational strategy for both healthcare systems and commercial real estate environments. Her experience includes portfolio operations, team leadership, vendor and construction management, tenant relations, process improvement, and large-scale operational transitions.

Before joining ROI Realty Services, Alissha held leadership roles within one of Ohio’s largest healthcare organizations, where she managed multi-site real estate operations and enterprise-level initiatives focused on operational alignment, service delivery, and portfolio performance.
